Comprehensive Communication Planning
When beginning any journey, you need a plan and a map. Once your message map is completed, I'll show you how to put it to work in a comprehensive communication plan. As part of the communication plan, we'll revisit the message map at regular intervals to see if revisions are needed, then test the messages with key stakeholders to make sure the messages say what you mean and hold up under scrutiny. I'll then take those messages and write communications tailored to your target audiences, guaranteed to get attention (in a good way).
We will measure and assess the effectiveness of the plan and the message retention among audiences.
